Convert from multiple wav files to one MP3

I am searching for a way to take an existing CD with multiple wav files into a single wav or MP3. I am wanting to make changes to the existing track breaks. Is there a way to accomplish this in the dBpower AMP?

Not right now. In the mean time, you can use the free tool Audacity, available here: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
