My trial version expired. I paid and downloaded the registered program. However, I can not use the program. When I go to convert a file to CD or anything else, it reads that my trial has expired. What do I do? Please help.

You do not convert to CD. You use dMC CD Writer to prepare and burn CD's. That's a separately sold program from dBpowerAMP Music Converter.
