Download time expired for registered product... What to do?

I ignorantly didn't check my e-mail for almost a week after I registered for the Power Pack & Mp3 Encoder License, so the link expired, and it told me to contact the vendor, which is here I presume.

Could somebody please help me out? Thank you!
