Purchased PowerPack, No E-mail

Hi,
I also purchase the power pack 18months to 2 years ago. I can not find the order email, I also tried the email link from the link, but I rec a failed email notiifcation from MAILER-DAEMON@illustrate02.servermatrix.host. Is there another way I can find out the order number ?? Is it any relevant info stored in the power pack directories ?
