dMC File Selector duplicates twice??

Have been using dMC File Selector to convert FLAC to mp3. It seems to work great with the following exception: When I select a directory to convert it converts the files in the directory twice (end result is the same but the whole process takes twice as long).

I've tried different methods of selecting files, but whenever I select files to convert and click "convert to" the program always shows that I am converting twice as many files as are in the directories.

Any ideas?

Make sure there is not a playlist in the directories. If there is, uncheck the playlist file type under the "Converting" button.
