Phone not reading new WMA files.

Hi. I've just downloaded your program to convert all of my MP3's to WMA's since that's the only file-type Verizon phones will read. I'm converting my files using the WMA V9.1 codec, 128 kbps, 44 kHz, stereo CBR & preserving ID tags. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but my phone keeps saying "Unable to Play". I called my phone's manufacturer (LG) & they said to contact you guys & that the files may be converting improperly. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks ahead of time for any assistance.

Not using the WMA Pro? that is sure not to work with your phone.

I don't know what WMA Pro is. Can you recommend a free way for this to work for me if you know any? Thanks.

Spoon is wanting to make sure you chose normal WMA 9.1 stereo and not WMA Pro or other options.

Try contacting the phone manufacturing company and see what the file specifications need to be.
