Registered program but would not allow download

just purchased the db power AMp and CD writer on the same invoice. the link would not allow me to down load the reg version of the writer. IS this a common error. Please advise the next step to download the CD writer or I guess I could bill you back on the credit card and try again on a seperate invoice.
