Cannot convert...

Hi, I was using the free trial to convert with no problems. I recently registered and am trying to convert, however now it seems as though when I open my folder with my ringtones, the program does not even recognize the ringtones as the folder opens blank. Any ideas?

Did you install the registered version to the same place you installed the trial version to? Did you install the registered version while you were in an account with Administrator rights? What format are your ringtones? What is their bitrate, frequency, channels?
