Refund??

I have just checked my orders from cardquery.com and I see that I originally purchased Power Pack & Mp3 Encoder License Order <removed> on Mar1 2005.
On June 11 this year I got an error message to say that my trial period had expired. I had forgotten that I had already purchased the Power Pack & Mp3 Encoder License so I purchased it........again, Order <removed>.

Can you authorise a refund through Card Query
