How do you get power pack option?

I just downloaded dbpoweramp and am trying to
1)convert WAV to AIFF
2) use file/folder info to tag the AIFF files

I understand I need the powerpack but I see no way of getting it on the website. Can someone help?

When I declined the Mp3 codec trial was I also declining the power pack?
