codec mp3.sat convert ... please, help

Need help :( ... trying to remove audio books off player (gigabeat) and split into smaller files... currently in hugh ones :( ...
just need to know how or what with to convert a mp3.sat file.

.sat files are encrypted (copy-protected). You should be able to upload them in unencrypted form using Windows Media Player as described here:
