Well, seems as when you register you get upgrades to the next version it is simply a case of following the instructions provided here. -

That's for when you have to get a new registered download.
If your version is already registered, simply download the latest one from Products (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm ) and install on top of what you have without uninstalling first.
