Problems with russian in dMC Audio CD Input

When I rip Audio CD. I have problems with russian in Tags.
Artis, Album, Comment - all is ok (in top fileds).
But there are problems in the list of songs. There are no russian symbols.

When I edit song title - all is ok.

After ripping. All is ok in windows and in Winamp

But dBpowerAMP don't show Russian tags.
