db Power amp lost post-windows xp reinstall

Hi there, db Power amp has been lost post-windows xp reinstall, and now I can only download a trial version. However I have no idea about my order number as I've had the program for a coupla years. Do you keep records of previous users and can you help me to retrieve this highly useful program? Thank you
