Coverting directories

I have over 10,000 FLAC files in one directory with many subdirectories. I am in the process of converting all these files into Apple Lossless. I would like to have an option where I could select one directory and it will covert all the files under that directory and come back later and all the files have been converted.

I want to thank you, this is working great one more day and I think my whole collection will be converted.
