Error message when installing

When I am installing the music converter I gert an error message that reads

Error whilst running C:ProgramFiles\illustrate\dBPowerAMP\MusicConverte r.exe

what do I need to do?

What version of Windows are you using? If you are using Windows 2000 or XP, are you logged in as an Administrator when you install dMC?
