Enhanced AACPlus (bsiegel Coding Technology) vs MP4 Beta Codec (Nero Digital)

Hi all,

I am in the middle of choosing AAC codec and found that there are 2 active AAC codec available for DMC. Coding technology and nero digital.

Whats the difference between Enhanced AACPlus based on Coding Technology 650 reference codec by bsiegel (http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=7107) and the latest DMC MP4 Beta codec based on Nero Digital? Is there any quality difference? i am not an audiophile but my own listening at 64kbps shows that both are identical. wonder anyone has actually tried and compared the 2 codecs.

Any advice on which codec should i go for?

They are different implementations by rival companies, there will be differences but not huge ones.
