    Problem opening dbpoweramp

I get an error message that says..."The procedure entry point wmcSyncReader could not be located in the dynamic library WMCCORE.DLL."

I have no freakin' idea what it means or how to fix it. Someone please help.

Could it be wmpcore.dll or wmvcore.dll ? This is involved in Windows Media.
You should have those files in C:\WINDOWS\system32 (on an XP system).

What type of conversion are you trying to do?

Try reinstalling the WMA System codecs from codec central. For WMA 9, there is a link. For WMA 9.5, you need to download the dMC WMA 9.5 codec to get the System codecs too. Just install the dMC codec and the WMA install will start up automatically.
