Problem in upgrading to Power Pack

Hi,
A few days ago I tried to upgrade to the Power Pack. It was $14 US, and I put in all my credit card info. It took me to a page that said I was confirmed, and it listed an order number. But then the page went away and I couldn't get back to it. A confirmation was never sent to my e-mail, so I haven't been able to download the upgrade software. What do I do?
