    beep after each track encodes

This is a minor annoyance - I've looked througout the settings and the forums. When I select a group of tracks and right click to encode from FLAC to another codec - is there a way to turn off the "complete beep" after each track? I guess it would be nice to have it upon completion of all tracks, but when encoding an album of 20 tracks, I don't want to hear the beep each time a track is finished.

    Thanks!

Check your PowerPack settings (the rocket icon on the window where you pick the destination and file type). The only thing that should be checked is the first box.

Yes I have that checked and do not have "play a sound" checked. Seems to happen both from right click and the file browser.

I think it's your settings in Windows :D

Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Sounds and then look through teh various program events to see which one is getting triggered and replace it with no sound. Somwehre around Start of program or End of program and Start of Navigation.

Funny - this makes me feel dumb - I had it set to encode mp4s using the itunes codec - I couldn't find the sound in the windows sound control panel. Because it is the itunes "finished" beep!

          Thanks!
