    cda.dll error while installing

Installation of dBpowerAmp Music Converter 11.5 halts when it gets to cda.dll claiming that the disk may be full. It isn't.

Tried again from scratch just to be absolutely certain that there was no error during download. Error repeated.

    What can I do?

The error is writing the file, so something is stopping the file being written.

I actually needed that comment to kick my brain into gear!

Long, long ago when the world was still writing CONFIG.SYS entries, I had two CD drives in this PC: CDA and CDB. CDB went the way of all flesh some time ago but CDA is still going strong and, since I refuse to use any Windows system after 98SE, still an operating system reserved word.

So thanks for that! Everything now works (except my CD in MSDOS mode since it still tries to use the old device name for some reason) and so far I'm very pleased with the way the programme works.
