Why can I download File Selector for my V.9 DMC?

Don't want to upgrade my v.9 DMC to 11.5, but need "File Selector" and don't know where to get it. under DMC configurator page it shown File Selector is not install. Please help!

It is not avaliable seperately, only as part of R11.5
