Can some one please tell me how to convert Wimdows Media to MP3?

Install dMC. Note that if you have previously installing the dMC PowerPack, your trial will be expired and you cannot encode to mp3.
Next, install the WMA codec. If your using Windows XP, install the WMA 9.1 codec. If your using any other version of windows, install the WMA 9 codec.
Reboot
Right-click on your WMA file, select "Convert To".
Select "MP3 (Lame)" from the drop-down menu, your desired number of channels, your desired frequency, and your desired bitrate.
