Problems with wma files

I want to convert wma files to mp3, to make them compatible with an iPod. My converter accepted the wma files, but needed the registration to make the conversion. However, now that it is registered, it no longer recognizes wma files

Check that the wma decoding codec is recognized as being installed in dMC Configuration. Copy the configuration and paste it here.

Thanks for the input. Apparently the installation of the MP3 codec "deinstalled" the wma codec. I reinstalled it, and it is working now.
