MP3 to ACC?

Hi!
I have searched far and wide but I can't figure out what I need to convert Mp3's to an ACC file. I have every other conversion available that I don't need but the one I do need I don't have. Any ideas? Where do I get it?

Once you install dBPowerAMP Music Converter (dMC), you need to install two codecs from this link: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-mp4.htm
Download the top codec, size 452KB.
Download the AAC codec, size 537KB.
MP3 decoding is included with the install of dMC. If you have any further problems, please post them in this thread.

Oh, and I fixed the title of the thread, from "MP#" to "MP3" and that is why it said I edited your post.
