    Convert mp2 to .wav

Great product, use it everyday for my work. However, today the first snag showed up when trying to convert mp2 to .wav. I get a 1k result with nothing there. I've tried renaming, etc. to no avail. Our company has begun to archive in mp2, but now I'm concerned about editing for re-runs in the .wav mode.

    Any thoughts?

I know Music Converter R12 is better at handling mp2 (limited alpha release), r11.5 should do fine though.

No, actually 11.5 doesn't work for this. However, I found "FairStars" trial download online and their converter does successfully convert mp2 to .wav files. Problem is, I've already registered dmc and they want another $24.95 for this one feature I don't have, for theirs. How do I get dmc vers 12?

At the link below in my signature. Remember that it is an alpha and only supports mp3 and WAV. Sveta and the CD Writer will not work with it. Follow the instructions in the post when you install it.

          Which MP2 ? Do you mean *.mp2 files ?
I don't have any problem at all, while converting *.mp2 to any other format using dmc 11.5 .

you can always cheat and install ac3filter (directshow)

and install the directshow decoder for dbpoweramp..
then add 'mp2' to that pugin's extention list :D
