Burning failure from Nero digital audio (aac)

Help please....... I've just converted my songs to aac in Nero for a digital audio dvd and I constantly get a failed burn because for some reason, the dvd won't finalize at the end, rendering the dvd useless for playback on anything other than my pc?? Any clue as to what I'm doing wrong??
