    ape cue file

    Hi,

I have an ape cd image and a cue file that describes the tracks.
When I try to convert the ape file, i get one big mp3 file.

The program does not recognize the cue.

    Thanks in advance,
    Genady

Cue files will not be recognized until dMC r12.

I have this issue also. Can you suggest another program to use for now? Workaround? Kludge?

Also something is not clear to me, in case I need to use the burn-to-CD route, if it's .ape and I burn it, will it burn to wave? or as .ape on the disc? (I ask mainly because I dislike wasting the plastic and won't do it if it will create a disc I cannot use.

If your wanting to burn an audio CD, your CD burning program has to support reading and decoding .ape files. If it does not, it will simply give you an error when you try to add the file to the CD, before the burning process begins.

          Visit http://www.enfis.it/details.php?id=42 for cue-splitter

For burning an ape&cue file I recommend Burrrn www.burrrn.net
