    Channel Splitter oddity

I was trying to use the Channel Splitter Utility Codec on about 40 wave files and discovered something. If I tried to move the output files to a subfolder inside of the folder where the WAV files are, the converter would finish quickly and give an error:
The output file 'D:\Worship CD\various artists\Master Chorus Book I (Disc 2)\Split\01 - various artists - I Will Enter His Gates.IGNORE' could not be opened.
If I set it to "Same Folder as original" it converted just fine. It also does this when I try to use just one WAV file.

However, I may have figured out the problem. If I create the subfolder and then try to convert, it succeeds. So apparently it cannot create the subfolder. Has anyone else experienced this?

It mustn't have the folder creation code there.
