    CD-Writer

I cannot work with the CD-writer in MP-3.
In spite of filling in nicely all id-tags under explorer, CD-writer mixes up everything, like file-name with track etc. For example I want to make a disk with Mozart piano-concerto's. The artist is Geza Anda, the track is Allegro (the album is Pianoconcerto nr 17). The file name was piano17-1. CD-writer now comes up with artist: piano, track 17-1. This happens in most of the cases, not always. Please help me out. So far in my opinion cd-writer is rubbish.

    Re: CD-Writer

There should be a way to tell the CD Writer how to arrange the tags. Check the CD Writer help files that was installed with the program. They should be by default in C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP\Help.

      Re: CD-Writer

Your ID tagging scheme that is selected in dMC Configuaration for mp3's may not be the same as what was already used to make those files in the first place. As CD Writer prepares the files for burning it converts them according to the settings defined beforehand.

If your files are already in mp3 format, you can use the Smart button to burn them to an mp3 cd without a further conversion, so the original tags will be preserved.
