Error Code-Please Help!!

When I try to convert my file from wav. to mp3, this pop up box comes up: The CODEC required to compress 'C:\Converted Music\ringtones\Maroon 5 - She Will Be Loved.mp3.TEMP.mp3' could not be opened.
Does anyone know what I need to do to complete the conversion? Please Help!!!

Are you using a registered version of dMC or an unexpired version? The mp3 encoding codec requires a license that you get with the registered copy only.
