    When i convert a song, the time remain moves up, not down

            Why do you want to convert to a higher bitrate? You cannot improve quality, you will lose some more as you are going from one lossy format to another lossy format.

            The time remaining will vary depending on the complexity of the conversion. As you are going to a higher bitrate, then it may determine it needs more time to do it than original estimate.

              Urm... I hate to say it, but why are you converting a 128kbps mp3 to a 320kbps mp3 file? You will gain no quality on the file, just filesize.
