how to convert .mp3 files to .mid or .midi

I was just wondering if anyone out there can help me out I'm trying to find out how to convert a .mp3 lame file to a .mid or midi for ringtones for my lgvx8100 phone from verizon using db power can some one help me if so can someone give me a step by step tutorial of how to i dont know to much about computer so any help will be good help thanks
