I have repeatedly tried to download after paying for this Program. It is so frustrating that I am going to stop payment and am looking into initiating action Against this organization. :thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown

Or use search. There are plenty of posts regarding this. It works fine for nearly everyone, just a few people have problems and its normally either a firewall or some software on your end. Besides, the announcement has a method for you to get a manual link sent out.
