help needed

I'm trying to prepare my rimgtones for my i450 nextel i follow all the steps given
(harry Thompson) but i keep getting a communications error i even was successful on one ringtone and compared what i did in that process but still receive the same results is their some thing that could help me

What software are you using to make the ringtones? What format do the ringtones need to be in?
