can't find order number

I know I purchased this program but after my pc crashed I reloaded some program files I had saved to disc, unfortunately although I recovered DB Poweramp apparently it didn't preserve my licence information. Now I get a message that says my mp3 licence expires in 2 days like you get with a free download. Since I can't find the order number the site won't let me fix this problem. Can't you tell from my name and address that I paid by credit card and am intitled to support services?? <edit: email address removed>
