    Working with M4a files

I have a library of M4a files originally from my itunes. There is no DRM associated because they were all ripped from CD’s. How do I get db poweramp to recognize them and then convert them to MP3 while preserving all of the idtag fields like artist and album. At this point db power amp is not recongnizing the M4a and it dosnt show that I have a decoder installed for that even though I have quick time installed on my computer and can play the m4a files. I can also view the m4a tags with an mpeg tag editor.

You have to install the dMC m4a codec from Codec Central. You want the mp4/m4a codec that is the top one on the mp4/m4a page.
