How to change Album Art Picture?

How to change Album Art Picture?

Hello,
I am very new to this. I specified a picture for album art but it gets stretched. I must have used the wrong dimensions.
I can't see where to edit this in the tags. Can someone please tell me how do to this and what size the picture should be please?

dBpowerAMP does not support album art yet. So the dB tag editor won't either. How did you enter the picture into the tags originally?
