Preview with AutoPlay?

In Windows 11 when I dwell my mouse over a folder, a small down arrow pops up. When I click the down arrow a list files in the folder drops down. The when I dwell over file shown, if it is an image file it shows a preview with size in pixels, with its size and date. If it is an audio file, it shows the information, and starts playing the song (or sound) (see attachment).

Is this a feature of the dBpoweramp Image Converter? Is this a feature of the "Reference Registered" version?
