Issue With British Summer Time (BST)

Hi.

Trying this out at the moment, but the time reported (on the hover pop-up at least) is not correct.

For example, if I create a file at 11:15 then Image Converter shows the date (under Date Modified) as 10:15 even though Windows correctly reports the current time as 11:15.
