R16.6 release, Flac 1.3.3 beta

I'm currently using DbPowerAmp version 16.6. I've seen I am flac version 1.3.3 beta.
Is there I can upgrade the flac codec, without paying more for a newer version of software?
Or is it OK to use 1.3.3 beta? I have many files using this version of flac, so I guess "beta" is ok?

FLAC is lossless so are only minor improvements over time, none are sound related.

yes, leave as is. sound quality is not effected at all.
