MacBook reboots while using CD Ripper

Hello, while trying to rip a cd my MacBook will reboot midway through the ripping process. I’m on macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 and using dBpoweramp 2024-02-01. Thanks for any help.

It is a sign of faulty hardware, no computer should reboot, regardless of the program running (in-fact on my macbook, even if I tried to write code to cause a OS crash, I could not, the OS protects the computer).
