Xrcd 24

I recently picked up a copy of The Planets by Host with Mehta and the L.A. Phil. It's the JVC reissue in XRCD 24 which is supposed to be 24 bit. When I ripped it Roon tells me its 16 bit and 44.1 Hz. Is dBpoweramp downsampling?

XRCD discs are still 16 bit / 44.1kHz. The '24-bit' marketing refers to the mastering process.
