Help with ROOT FOLDER naming convention...

Spoon!!! Holy smokes. Long time, no talk. I first downloaded dBpoweramp in 2008. . . . AND I'M BACK! I own upwards of 10,000 CDs now, and really have to make an effort to get these things ripped.

I've researched as much as possible, and still require help on how to go about utilizing the default naming convention, with some added root folders. In a nutshell, I'd like to keep the default naming convention but add the following:

    1.
    If genre = Score:

    Score/Composer/Album Title/Track - Artist - Album Title - Track Title

    *E.g. Score/Hans Zimmer/Inception/01 - Hans Zimmer - Inception - Half Remembered Dream

...and if genre does not equal score...

    2.
    If genre = Soundtrack:

    Soundtrack/Album Title/Track - Artist - Album Title - Track Title

    3.
If NOT genre score, and if NOT genre soundtrack, but compilation:

    Various Artists/Album Title/Track - Artist - Album Title - Track Title

    4.
If not genre score, if not genre soundtrack, if not compilation, then DEFAULT DYNAMIC NAMING (but ADD Album Title):

    Album Artist\Album Title\Track - Artist - Album Title - Track Title

    Please help, Spoon.

Help, anyone? It truly boils down to --

    Root folder:

    "Score"

    "Soundtrack"

    "Various Artists"

    --or--

    "[Artist]"

I appreciate anyone's help! Thank you, kindly.

It is not easy to do, but can be done by nesting in:

      [IF]genre,=,Score,stringmatch,stringnomatch[]

Where score is the value to match, string match can be your naming string, string no match, you can paste a whole new [IF]genre,=,AnotherValue, stringmatch, stringnomatch[]

Hmmm... maybe I shouldn't do it after all. Thanks, Spoon. I appreciate the feedback. (Also, so glad to see your business still going strong! I can't believe it! Just awesome. I found illustrate dBpoweramp circa 2007. You rock!)
