Single vs Family Subscription

Hi,

If I buy a single license, and after a while I buy a new macbook pro, can I then unregister the old laptop and keep my single license with the new laptop? Or would I need a family pack in this scenario?

Just asking as I may buy a new laptop (mac) as my current macbook pro may be due for an update soon.

Yes you can install on the new computer with a single license.
