    Wave Uncompressed?

Hi, new here: how do I ensure I'm ripping to an Uncompressed wav file?

I see the instructions show a different screen than what the current version has. The current version of the app no longer shows "compressed" and "uncompressed" options for wav encoding.

Instructions show the screen like this:

yes, there are some alternative WAV files that can be compressed, and there are WAV-MP3 and Wav-pack and other offshoots of WAV. But a classic basic standard WAV file is an uncompressed file. But you have your answer from spoon the program developer, so I think you are good to go.
