Problems with moving CD ripper to new PC

So I bought a new Pc and wanted to install DBpoweramp cd ripper on it. I found my order number and retrieved the registration install file. But when I click the file I get the message "Need to install an app for this, search in microsoft store" The Microsoft store appears but it says "could not find app you are looking for" This did not happen the last time I tried to reinstall. Any advice?

You have downloaded the Windows version, rather than the OS X install?
