Bug: CD Ripper Windows do not draw correctly on Windows 11

Cosmetic bug on Windows 11 22H2 (v2022-09-28)

Windows are drawn with phantom windows behind them (somewhat larger invisible windows with visible shadows).

CD Ripper application also seems to resist drag-n-drop resizing into PowerToys zones, for some reason (also true in Windows 10).

You can take a screenshot and upload to img.bb or similar?
