Brand new Melco D100 ripper with brand new cds and show errors on multiple tracks

Just opened a new Melco d100 ripper and started ripping cds after setting all the options as guided and started with some brand new cds to rip. never played at all!! I cant believe that one or two tracks of each cd get into error on ripping. On some of them i pressed re-ripping and they got on the second or the third time of re-rip on an accurate mode rip. Cant really understand if i make something wrong or something else is happening. The drive is Pioneer BD 209M. Any advise?? thanks in advance.

It is possible the drive is bad, or the discs are damaged, a 2nd drive would give you an idea.
