Ripping to TWO formats In one Process

Hello is there an extremely easy way to make CD Ripper rip to FLAC and 320kbps? Seems like I tried this before and the configuration seemed a little advanced and laborious.

Use multi encoder. Within multi encoder you can configure multiple, separate enconder, each with its own namestring, destination path etc. pp.
